Foolish Hearts by Emma Mills - Spoiler free review

I finished Foolish Hearts during the weekend and now it's time to talk about it! Happy reading. 😋

Rating: 🟃🟃🟃🟃⭐⭐⭐⭐.5

SynopsisThe day of the last party of the summer, Claudia overhears a conversation she wasn't supposed to. Now on the wrong side of one of the meanest girls in school, Claudia doesn't know what to expect when the two are paired up to write a paper—let alone when they're both forced to try out for the school production of A Midsummer Night's Dream. But mandatory participation has its upsides—namely, an unexpected friendship, a boy band obsession, and a guy with the best dimpled smile Claudia's ever seen. As Claudia's world starts to expand, she finds that maybe there are some things worth sticking her neck out for.

Personal review: I really enjoyed reading this book! I thought it was of slow at the beginning, but when you hit that 70 pages mark, it's veryyyyyy good! Definitely one of my fave books now. 😊 The story was really easy to follow, and I LOVED the boy that was flirting with Claudia (I CAN'T REMEMBER HIS NAME FOR SOME REASON AND I DON'T HAVE THE BOOK WITH ME SO YEAH). He was so funny, and always cute flirting with Claudia and I loved it! Another thing that I loved is the friendship between Iris and Claudia! All the friendships were great actually. I LOVED LOVED LOVED the gaming aspect of it and OMG Julia! I'm not gonna spoil it, but JULIA. This book was really cute, and I fell in love with all the characters. I definitely recommend it! It felt real, and relatable (for me). LOVED IT.💝

What I loved the most about this book: The relationships! There were some strong bonds in my opinion! I also loved that they weren't perfect relationships, like they had their flaws. 💞

Other books by Emma Mills: I haven't read any of her other books, but I definitely will soon! Her other books that I am tempted by are First and Then, and This Adventure Ends. THe covers are GORGEOUS and I can't wait to get myself copies! 😍

Thank you for reading, I hope that you pick up this book and love it as much as me! 😇
