Breaking Faith by E. Graziani - Spoiler Free Review

Hi there! I JUST finished Breaking Faith (literally 2 minutes ago), and I need to talk about it right this moment. So here's a review! 💗

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐.5

SynopsisFaith Emily Hansen just wants to be loved and to live without the weight of addiction. But the lure of drugs is strong. The relief that she gets from being wrapped up in the cozy little cotton ball of heroin is impossible to ignore. Faith’s story starts in her earliest days, before drugs, before her family falls apart. Before her mother leaves. Before her sister betrays her, taking away Faith’s last connection to home. She eventually becomes consumed by the need to “chase the dragon” – the heroin addiction that seems to keep the Darkness at bay, but leads her to live on the street. The determination to find love and comfort that lures Faith to drugs is ultimately the same stubborn force that can drive her to recover. 😦

Personal review: I. Loved. This. Book!!!!!!!! 💜 It was really interesting and I was hooked right from the first pages. It deals with serious subjects like suicide, drug addiction, mental health issues... It's amazing. It was heartbreaking to see how deep Faith got into the trouble she dealt with! I cried at some places, just because I wanted everything to be alright. 😢 It really was a rollercoaster of emotions! I loved how it was really fast-paced. There were a lot of time jumps. The writing style was also very easy to read, so that's always great! If you like deep contemporaries, then this one is for you! 😀

What I liked the most about the book: Everything was beautifully written. It was moving and you really felt the pain Faith was in. I love when books give you that feeling. 😌

Other books by E. Graziani you should read: I haven't read her other books yet, but she has more that seem interesting. They are Jess Under Pressure, Alice Of The Rocks and Alice - Angel Of Time: Part 2.

Thank you for reading and I hope you check out this book! You're going to love it! 😜
